A connected technical review

The package is in the details.

The BVS neck finish

BVS identifies a glass neck finish used with aluminium roll-on closures for wine packaging. Select the precise format and drawing rather than assuming that all screw closures are interchangeable.

Bottle and closure matching

Review the neck profile, sealing surface, cap skirt and liner together. Compatibility should be checked with the actual components, particularly when a supplier or closure specification changes.

Roll-on capping

Suitable equipment forms and applies the aluminium closure around the bottle finish. Application settings, tamper-evident ring formation and opening performance require review under real operating conditions.

Support for your production line

Share your equipment model, handling conditions, closure details and any observed faults. We can discuss neck adjustments, line trials and practical follow-up with your team.

100 ml with a BVS30H60 finish

This format pairs a 100 ml glass tube with a 30 mm BVS finish and a 60 mm cap skirt. It was developed for projects using the familiar long-skirt wine closure. Review handling, head settings and line trials with your actual equipment before production.

Neck adjustment and after-sales support

Where equipment or closure engagement needs attention, our team reviews the actual dimensions and operating conditions. We can discuss precise neck-parameter adjustments, sample trials and one-to-one follow-up to address losses and opening performance.
